Pricing
Prices displayed are in AUD – Australian dollars – and include GST. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Product Availability
If a product is not available for immediate delivery you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delivery timeframe. You will have the option of cancelling that product from your order should you choose not to wait for it. If a product is no longer available you will be offered a substitution (if available) or you can choose to be refunded.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable and are not to be resold.
Gift Vouchers may only be used once and expire 6 months from date of issue.
The recipient must use the full voucher amount at time of purchase. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card.
$1.95 handling fee applies.
Gift vouchers and their use on the The Pure Shop web site are subject to The Pure Shop general Terms and Conditions.
Newsletters
When you become a Customer of The Pure Shop, we may send you information about new products and special offers from time to time. You will always have the option of unsubscribing from future newsletters on the bottom of each communication.
Identification
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a transaction on www.thepureshop.com.au. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent and the order must be placed by the parent or guardian in their own name. You agree to provide Simply Pure with a truthful name, postal address and telephone number. You also agree you are an authorized user of the credit card you supply us for payment of products. You understand and agree that Simply Pure have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use.
Delivery
Delivery anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 including GST and is delivered via Australia Post.
Please nominate a delivery address where you are likely to be available to collect your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm so if you work away from your home, it may be best to have your parcel delivered to your work address rather than home. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.
If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may want to choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.).
Delivery times vary depending on the distance from Sydney. Orders are generally Destinations within the Sydney metro area can expect delivery 8-10 working days from placing an order. Other NSW destinations should expect delivery 8-10 working days, East Coast capital cities 3 working days, other capital cities 8-10 working days and other interstate locations 8-10 working days. These expectations are set by Australia Post.
International Orders
Please email us with your order request and we will arrange and quote appropriate delivery for your order. Email contactus@thepureshop.com.au. Orders will be processed in Australian dollars.
Returns
Products cannot be returned once they have been opened and used. If an item is returned in a saleable and unopened condition (ie. in its original packaging) a refund will be issued.
Damaged Goods
If any item is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify The Pure Shop and return the item/s within 14 days to The Pure Shop, 41 Easton Ave, Sylvania NSW 2224. You can choose to either have a refund or replacement products sent.
For further information about Product Returns, please refer to the Trade Practices Act Guidelines which Simply Pure adhere to.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Simply Pure from any liability, penalties, losses, damages, expenses, legal fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from your use of our products which damages either you or any other parties without limitation or exception.
Refusal or Discontinuation of services or products
Simply Pure has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of services or products to any person for whatever reason.
Legal Validity
This disclaimer and all web activities performed on www.thepureshop.com.au are governed by the state laws of New South Wales.
